Zomato — money debited but order has not placed | |||||
I had placed an order for kulfi at lassi shop in selaiyur, chennai. I applied the code save50 the offer was valid so i did the card payment. The money was deducted as i got a message from the bank. Zomato's app said that 502 gateway not found.. I don't know what that means.. But my order was not placed.. I have lost my money.. Zomato's service is bad and not reliable.. I will escalate this if due consideration is not given to my complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||||
