Zomato — money debited but order not received

I ordered my food nearly five days ago.
Money got debited but neither I received my food nor was I debited.
I ordered for 216rs.
Please do resolve the issue as soon as possible..
I already posted a complaint but got no reply
Do clear the problem
It shows that the payment has failed
Then how come the money got debited immediately ?
