Zomato — Money deducted as a cancellation fee

I was at puri station on 8 feb to catch up my train at 11 am. So i ordered food from zomato, but after 30 min of order zomato didn't recruit any zomato valed to pickup my order and my order was late. Because i have to catch-up my train and the order was late so i decided to cancel my order. And it was a prepaid order so zomato charged my money as a cancellation fee.
But as the order was late and i have my train so that's why i cancelled the order otherwise i missed my train.
I want my money back.
