Zomato — money deducted but no delivery | |||
I had placed an order... Whose order details i am not able to access on the app.. Its showing technical issue contact the hotel or yhe delivery guy... I did contact the hotel they told me there is no such order placed and there is no delivery guy there or else they could have sent it out... Zomato support replied to me saying there are facing a technical issue i dont know whom to contact now they have deducted the amount but nothing is delivered Its a waste of time and my money too I have attached a screenshot showing the status as awaiting confirmation from the hotel...
