Zomato — money deducted but order not delivered

Today I order ice cream amount deducted from my account but I did not get order then I call to payment gateway they said their is no money stuck and it is in zomato account . I tried to contact zomato people but they are not replying . very poor. txn no. is 108627'...zomato is very poor app.'...'...I will not refer zomato to anyone beacuse they never refund amount

Zomato could not give the no.of products I ordered and instead returned me rs 200 . But the next day they blocked my account.

I was Ordered yesterday from zomato. And my order was cancelled by zomato.
But i have not received my pay amount
Look at this case and halp me for back refund.

And also i order today from zomato and my order was cancelled but i have not received my pay amount.

I have ordered food on 06 Oct 2018 at 8.53pm with id:[protected]paid online..still delivery boy received cash on delivery of rs.385..
Unable to reach to zomato through chat...call service is not there...facing problem with that delivery boy number...kindly assist...against will make complaint against zomato

I have a zomato food order [protected] which was canceled. I talked to the executive and it was told the refund is initiated and it will be in original payment method in 24-48 hours. It is still not reflected.
