An amount of 1800 was paid due towards the zomato gold subscription of a year, the money has been deciders from the bank account towards zomato. Yet the service has not been activated.
The company has no provision of registering complaints upon its application and fails to resolve issues in due time.
This is not a small amount and being a student it is not a matter to take up lightly.
Please fix this issue ASAP.
