Zomato — money deducted from bank account but order not placed.

I ordered two ice creams from giani's in gurugram sector 23 on 23rd december 2019, monday. The amount of 205.96 rupees was deducted from my bank account but my order was not placed. And now when i contacted customer care regarding my issue they did not statisfy me with an apt reply about when my money will be refunded. I want my money and back anyhow.
