Zomato — money deducted order not delivered and no refund | |||
Hi all, I had ordered food via zomato app this evening at 7:15 pm. Order got confirmed and i received that order would be delivered at 8 :20 pm. At 7 45 the status in app was showing delivered. I tried to chat with the zomato customer service. They accepted that due to technical issues the order would be delayed. Around 9pm we decided to cancel order (Since it was already 2 hours and we were worried that hotels would close by then to order food). We got call from zomato saying that they waited for us and order returned to then again. Unfortunately we never received any call or message regarding this. These thing happened after i tried to cancel my order. They said that they would deliver the order in sometime but cannot repay. I agreed and waited for order. I never received order even at 10 pm. We were frustated since we waited for 3 hours. I asked them to repay but they said that they have no option to repay it. Please help us with this I agree that there server was down and hence order was delayed. But atleast they could have repaid or given some offer next time. Atleast could have delivered our order within 2 hours or so. Was this information helpful? | |||
