Zomato — money deducted twice and order not received | |||
I have ordered from kareem's restaurant, goregaon east mumbai branch through zomato app from and have paid the amount of rs 487.50 but at the very last moment my order has been cancelled and i haven't even informed about it. When i have contacted the customer care (Worthless and irresponsible) and then only came to know that my order has been cancelled. This is the second time my money is deducted and order not received in the very last moment. Earlier it happened to me on 25th april. And now today it happened twice. I am very disappointed with zomato and kareem's goregaon east mumbai branch. They are really cheaters. My order number is [protected], date of payment may 6th at 10:18 p. M. Please don't order with zomato. They don't care about their customers. And the worst thing is that i had to sleep emtpy stomach today as well as on that day. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have booked online food two time and my amount was deducted but order was cancelled by Zomato. Kindly check and refund my amount.
