I was ordering food from zomato, i paid the amount using zomato cashback. The money got deducted but the order is not placed. There is no response from zomato customer service.
Zomato's service is gone downhill and still going. Please if anyone can help please do to retrieve the money that is deducted for no reason. Its the last time i am ordering from zomato.
