Zomato — Money got deducted twice from my bank account

I had ordered food from Urban Tadka (Mulund - Rmall - Mumbai ) and the total bill was 1809.95. The money was first paid using Axis bank Mobile, although the money got debited but the order was not placed. Ref # INB/[protected]/PAYU.IN/ dated 15th Nov 2022

Then after few minutes i placed the same order using GPAY and this time the order was placed and the money got debited again (same amount) ; Ref# INB/[protected]/PAYU.IN dated 15th Nov 2022 around 12.40pm.

Request Zomato to refund the first order money 1809.95 back to my Axis bank account as the order was not successful.

Same problem I'm facing from 2 days .i post my bank copy and profile photo 4.5 times and they ask don't match how I solve this problem please find it I'd FE2326286
