I had placed order from zomato with order number [protected]. But zomato cancelled it saying neither i was available at my address nor my phone was reachable. I called the delivery guy and he said zomato had cancelled the order so he would not be able to deliver. They also didn't refund my money saying it was lack from my end. Despite of many follow ups they are not replying to my mails. Very disappointed with zomato's service. This is not expected to be a healthy behaviour. Can any one suggest if i can file a complaint against zomato.
