Zomato — money not refunded for my order | |||||
Hi, I order (Order no -[protected]) from zomato service desk yesterday. The oder seems to be cancelled as they are saying my phone is not reachable mode. I don't think there is such a condition like this as i talk to the delivery boy few time ago and navigate him to my house. There is no call from zomato and i tried to contact him there is no individual number for this. So your service desk is saying there will be no refund as the food is already dispatched. If such rule is there so why they are not asking for alternative phone number, or why no notification is there that phone is not reachable. So i am paying for a food which is not delivered to me. So do you have any proof that my number is not reachable. If in this same situation i have not pay online for your food what will be the sum which will deduct. Just because i have already paid you can deduct the amount. This is the first time when i am using your app to get my food delivered. And you failed to prove yourself.
