Zomato — money not refunding

: i have ordered on zomato on 16-9-19. My order id : [protected]
They cancelled my order on there own and kept the money amount which i have paid for it saying cancellation charge.
They have cancelled saying i didn\’t respond to there call.
1) there delivery executive didn\’t reach at my address
2) he called me i didn\’t take his call at that time as my cell phone was in silent mode but i found his missed call soon say within 3 mins and called him back immediately, the delivery executive didn’t take my call then i called him again this time he has received and said he has moved on
My point is
1) he didn\’t reached at my address which he is claiming to be
2) i called him with 3 mind and you are saying you moved on that too arrogantly.
