I placed two orders in the same day i didn't get any order confirmation but was debited so in the same day i complained through customer service chat. They said money will refunded with in 7 working days. After 7 days i again ask them about they said money was refunded to your account like that but i didn't get any amount to account i confirmed from my bank account.
