Zomato — my account has been blocked without my knowledge | |||
I have ordered 2 food items in an order on May 21st, 2019. But I received a wrong food item and when I contacted customer support, they were very late in responding and also said that they will be adding credits. And the next day, I saw that my account got blocked due to suspicious behavior as it mentioned in app. What's wrong with Zomato? Is this the way they treat customers when we raise complaints regarding them? Pathetic services. Was this information helpful? | |||
