I am unable to enjoy zomato account services because it's being said by zomato that i have multiple accounts from single number.
I haven't misused zomato not for once. If others have used it, zomato should have not allowed to do the same.
If somebody is using my number to have multiple accounts it's zomato duty to ensure my private details are not being misused by others as its being ensured at the time of filling details of account privacy care shall be taken care of by zomato.
Despite my many mails instead of resolving my problem zomato is sending me same copied message that account can't be manually unblocked.
Moreover my gold membership fees is being wasted also company is not compensating for my loss instead communicating me this message that my fees is non refundable.
As a consumer it's my right to have my services for the amount paid. And if your company is alleging me that i have multiple accounts then kindly provide us audit trails of suspicious behaviour done by me due to which my account got computerised blocked.
Or else it's clear zomato is collecting membership fees from multiple consumers all over india and blocking accounts for no reason for financial profits of the company. Was this information helpful? |
