Zomato — My account verification is pending from 17th January 2022

Hello. I have paid my joining fees. But my account verification is still pending. It is almost going to be 1 month and my account is still pending. I have went to zomato office also. But that came out none of help. Please help me. It's really urgent. I don't have any income source and my family is really suffering for this. Please help me.
