Zomato — My complaint not resolved yet.[ Unique Ticket ID=5937363].

I ordered 12 pcs gulab jamun from Balram Mullick and Radharam Mullick Sweets on 21st of august with Order ID = [protected]. The food quality was not good as the gulab jamun was not fresh and it WAS tasting very bad and it had a very bad SMELL. SO i complaint about it on 22nd of august but my problem is still not resolved. I Didn't Ordered for such a bad experience and money & coupon got wasted. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Today I ordered non veg meal order id:[protected] but received wrongly veg meal that also not good quality and quantity I chat with customer care but they didn't solve my issue. I want refund. I already told Zomato customer care but they said we didn't refund pls solve my issue. I didn't eat my lunch today for this issue.
