Dear Deepinder Goyal Sir and Zomato Care, from the 7th February, my ID was Terminated due to distance fraud. I belong to a middle class family and my only current source is Zomato Delivery Partner. I'm the only earning hand in my family. My monthly expenses are totally dependent on my salary. I am facing a lot of trouble due to my ID suddenly being terminated. I am under a lot of stress.
The id was terminated without any prior warning. There were no charges against me in the service before this. How much justice is ID terminated from the job for an unknowing mistake? I have been serving as a delivery partner for about two years.
Many times I have served on festival days, torrential rains and high degrees of sun. Many times I have had small accidents, my bike and phone have been damaged and I have been continuing the services.
I have been overcoming many hurdles...without objecting to the profit and loss in many rate cards...although bonuses are not given like previous years...providing my services continuously. I hope you will forgive my mistake and activate the same in recognition of previous services. Please activate my ID as early as possible. I always love & truly deliver partner.
