Zomato — my money has deducted but my order is not placed

I had placed order for rs 165 but my has been deducted and my order was not placed. It is the big mistake of zomato. Understand you guys have not a good customer support and you are not reply my queries. It is not a good app. Plzzz contact me soon otherwise i have to go for other ways. And just tell me you have a big app like zomato then do work on it. Farzi app.
