Zomato — my money not refunded for cancelled order on 17 nov 19 tewari bros

Please note i immediately cancelled my first order with tewari bros and your chat mentioned that the money cannot be refunded as food under process. How is it possible? The same order i placed again the food preparation is still under process even after 8 mins. Request you to please refund my money. This is not acceptable from zomatoe. Kindly accelerate this matter.
