Zomato — my money refund issue from zomato | |||||
This is regarding my money refund issue from zomato. An order was placed on zomato by mistake through paytym. As soon as the order was placed i called the zomato support several times, noone responded. After 20mins i got a call from zomato team finally and they asked the reason to cancel the order and they disconnected the call without listening properly regarding my money deduction issue. I tried to contact them again several times and emailed them several times but no response. Neither food was delivered nor money was refunded. Poor service... Disappointed...
