Zomato — my order did not delivered

I have order some items from zomato and item was not delivered i paid online 102 rs when i called zomato delivery boy he said it's the mistake of hotel owner
And i called hotel owner he said the mistake is by zomato delivery boy
Please help me...
It's the second time iam facing this issue
And the zomato app does not consist any customer support only a automated chat system where it is time wasting...
Please help me to resolve...
