Zomato — My order is delay for more than 1 hour and still they are saying my order is preparing

I ordered food from zomato on 7:29 but after waiting so much time I contacted customer care after one hour but still they are saying that my order is under preparation .when I ordered then it is showing that my order will come within 43 minutes but after waiting more than one hour I got reply from customer care that my order is under preparation.
