Zomato — my order is undelivered and zomato maid this as delivered | |||
Hi zomato, I placed an order [protected] 24th june 2018 at 11:55 pm. I recived a message saying that it is delivered but the order has never came to me. I tried mutiple ways to reach customer service and found that there is only way available is to chat. I tried to chat but did not get any response. However when i kept sending some message a representative responded once and never replied after that. What a poor customer service is this? A customer can't complaint about his issue and customer service has only chat as way to be reached which doesn't respons. I will put this everywhere. I want money back now. I have paid for nothing that i got. Third class customer service... Was this information helpful? | |||

I made order from Zomato on 21st June -18. To Kabir restaurant I tried 3 times and my all three transaction executed and dedication from my bank account still I am not getting refund in my bank account
Kindly look in to this concern and resolve asap. Revert awaiting...
