Zomato — my order is unplaced through money got deducted from my account

Today i have tried to place an order using zomato app at kfc restaurant using code zomatonew. Money have got deducted from my account but no order got placed. I have tried calling zomato customer care but no one is responding. I have also confirmed with my bank's customer care, they have said that money have got transferred to zomato account successfully and there is no fault at their end. I have also attached a screenshot of the transaction as proof. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Otherwise i will never order from zomato everrrrr again! It is totally unfair on zomato's part, and is cheating customers by unsafe banking through their app. Atleast they should try to answer customer calls.
