Zomato — my order was declined | |||
Hi, Just 1 hr back i ordered icecream from one restaurant and paid via phone.. My order was confirmed and after sometime zomato people sent delivery boy name, and on the way like notifications...1 hr gone.. Collect your food at your door notifications i got.. No one came.. And i didn't get any calls.. And suddenly my order was declined by saying time non responsive i don't know why they sent like that.. Then i spoke to restuarant they told me to chat with zomato... I hv did chat for 3 times and they told we can't do anything, we r sorry.. And closed my conversation with out my permission...
