Zomato — my order which was veg thali | |||
Hello this is sushobhit yadav. I just placed an order from zomato application and as soon as my order is accepted i called delivery boy to make him clear about my location and asked him to call if he had any problem. After 30 minutes he called me that your location from where your order were placed is different from the location you told me and you are right now. I tried to make convince him that i am at the same place from where i placed the order and which i mentioned in address detail and told you on phone. He rejected my order and when i tried to chat in zomato and put my concern after my 2 messages. I was not capable to send msgs as server was not connected... And this is the second time the same thing happened with me Was this information helpful? | |||

I have ordered the food to my home address at pettavaithalai. They accepted the order and after confirmation they declined my order and they didn't even refund my money. Despite they can come out and beg for money. Ruthless beggar

Not resolved they took my money and they didn't delivered the order also
