Zomato — My Zomato delivery id has been put on hold

Hello sir i m from Lucknow and working as a delivery partner in lucknow. My Name is LAKSHVENDRA and my ID is FE2286663. Sir my ID has been put on hold from several days. According to Zomato app it says that someone else is working or selfie mismatch. Sir please help me out .. please enable my ID
