Zomato — neither food nor money refunded

I ordered a sandwich from sandwizza on 20th of november, 2018 at 3:20pm. Then i went to a meeting. I was in my office which is in a commercial complex at main j p road, andheri west, mumbai. It's a very well connected and easily reachable by anyone. Zomato has delivered their order over there many times. Trusting their service i paid only in advance. Now their executive called me while i was in a meeting, i don't know why. He could have rang the bell and someone could have collected it. After exactly 15 mins i checked my phone and called the executive. He told that my order is cancelled. Now i couldn't get neither food nor my money. What sort of service is this? The executive didn't deliver and i got punished. I am customer who has paid in advance trusting their service and they are the service provider who happily took my money.
