Zomato — no action from zomato's end over our request | |
Since PMC closure, we a restaurant in Goa requested transfer of bank account for Zomato deposits which happen weekly. 25september, v provided all details for the transfer to take place. Till date no responsible person calling us or giving clear cut information. All they are saying is its not in our hands, Delhi office Luks into the matter. Our money has been stuck with Zomato since 25Sept 2019. Was this information helpful? | |

I provided the correct address for the delivery but due to technical glitch from there end, the address shown to the delivery guy was not accurate. Due to which they cancelled my order without my consent and didn't refund my money.
