Zomato — no cancellation amount received

I ordered from zomato and by mistake I cancelled it. The whole process took not more than 10 min. They denied to refund the money by saying about there policy. But this policy is wrong. A minimal amount can be taken as cancellation charge but not the whole amount.
I cancelled the order by mistake and no refund was given to me.
Please take action on it.

This is regarding my last order on zomato...

I am very very disappointed to tell you that zomato is a worst online food delivery app.

I had ordered food of 161...and suddenly my order got cancelled as penalty...

Please do not cheat the peoples..
