Zomato — no delivery of order already charged for | |||||
I ordered food from Kareems restaurant via the zomato app. On seeing that order is nearby I called delivery guy Samadhan thrice to see what is causing delay. His phone was continually busy. When I finally spoke to him he talked to me in an unbelievably rude and loud manner. Even after giving instructions thrice he never came. After about 3 minutes I saw that you have falsely claimed that I have refused the delivery. When I called your customer service number it never answered. More importantly your customer executive on the chat refused to refund or give another valet to deliver my food. When I told him that I will be personally complaining about the delivery guy with his name and number, the said customer service person said I shouldn't do so as the delivery "he is poor". He also sent me sad face emojis asking me to change my mind!!! Unbelievably unprofessional and shocking. Their customer service has always been abysmal but even delivery has become awful now! When I said that I will be going to consumer forum they have immediately deleted my account permanently!!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
