Zomato — no food. no refund by zomato [protected]

Order number- [protected] I had ordered cake as a gift for new yr to a friend. But the delivery boy bluntly said that they cant deliver order to the address mentioned and cancelled the order. Zomato support I also not ready to refund the money stating that it was my mistake that I didnt mention proper address. I had mentioned proper address. The screenshot of which I am attaching but they are not ready to deliver as their application took wrong navigation address. I want my money 622Rs back. The zomato customer care is blaming me for providing wrong address where-in the zomato system itself showing that I have provided the correct address.
They believe the deliver person mouth words instead of their system so do they mean that their system is useless and not trustworthy?
