Hello, This is regarding my money refund issue from zomato. An order was placed on zomato by mistake through paytym. As soon as the order was placed i called the zomato support several times, noone responded. After 20mins i got a call from zomato team finally and they asked the reason to cancel the order and they disconnected the call without listening properly regarding my money deduction issue. I tried to contact them again several times and emailed them several times but no response. Neither food was delivered nor money was refunded. Poor service... Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 22, 2018 Updated by nagarishivani The order was cancelled without any communication and the agent disconnected the call .
