Zomato — No order delivery even after the previous payment | |
It is such a shame that even after doing the prepayment for the order, the order is not delivered. i received no communication from zomato ant it. i had to call the restaurant for my order status after 1.5 hours of placing the order. the restaurant tells me that they missed the order n now cannot deliver it. It is a time when i cannot pay cod as i has no cash of "100" n "50"... I called zomato cd n they just kept call on hold n disconnected the call. Such a shame.. and such a horrible service. Was it my fault that i did the prepayment n the restaurant missed the order. Get this sorted n pay my money back. order id 10759905 The order status online shows delivered. it's 4.18 pm n i hv not received the order yet. Liars Was this information helpful? | |
