My order [protected] on 28 june which was of biryani was broken n it was raining so cover was wet and all rice broken in cover was broken was soaked in that wet rain water which was spilled due to broken cover... I was not even given sharwa n only broken parcel soaked in rain water was sent and my order [protected] on 26 june i ordered tandoori chicken biryani. But i neither got chicken in it and i found plastic covers in biryani parcel. I said same in your chat with pics but i git response after 45 minutes to take pics again where i already sent that. U can see that pics where i was not chicken tandoori biryani n plastic cover in my parcel in zomato chat. I request for proper compensation for wrong order given to me.
While i waited for 2 weeks they simply gave an apology for both orders, but i want proper compensation. Also the price in zomato for this particular restaurant was almost 100 rs more for each item than offline menu. I want compensation for these both for which i didn't get properly even after waiting for 2 weeks
