Zomato — no refund after vendor rejected order | |||
I had place order for a pizza from mojo, after making the payment i received a call from mojo saying they are unable to deliver and the payment will be refunded after 72 hours. But after 72 hour when i contacted zomato they said its late to process the payment and they cannot refund. Inspite of saying its vendor rejection they are not at all ready to hear. Please kindly take action, they purposly rejecting the order to steal the money. Was this information helpful? | |||
