Zomato — no refund | |||
I had a prepaid order from zomato [protected]. I was given estimated delivery time of 12:25 pm. At around 12:50 pm i realised there was a miss call from delivery boy pankanj parmar. I called back and requested to deliver my order and he refused. The customer support said he was new in my locality and couldnt find my address and since i didnt pick up the phome he cancelled. The order status shows i was unavaillable at my address so the order went back. Now i neither had my order nor refund. I had prepaid it and provided a well detailed exact address of my location with a popular landmark of 650 the global kitchen hotel and still the fellow couldnt find it!! And within half an hour i am calling back and he says order is cancellee. So what did he do with my food. And why shouldnt i get refund when i havent cancelled my order and there is no mistake from my part Was this information helpful? | |||
