Zomato — no refund has been credited - zomato | |||
I have placed an order on 22nd June & immediately the application has shown me the payment error (Payment could not be processed due to some error). As my money got deducted so I have texted to zomato support and they said me to place a new order and previous order money will be refunded. After sometime in the app it was showing as both the orders were delivered. Contacted Zomato support 4-5 times and not received any proper response and even mailed my problem to Zomato twice. Finally no refund has been received. very bad experience and false info received from Zomato delivery support. Details Order Date - 22/06/2019 Order Number (for which I have received the delivery)- [protected] Order Number (for which the payment got failed)- [protected] Amount to be Refunded - 177 INR I am also looking for the compensation as they have wasted my time with the wrong information.
