Zomato — no refund made for the delayed order

This is regarding order #[protected] which i i placed at 14:01 pm on aoril 7, 2019. The order which was supposed to be delivered within an hour was delivered after 3 hours and during this time there was no response to the communication by either zomato or the restaurant and i had to control my hunger for 3 hours.

Finally, after the order was delivered, the customer service executive mobile no. +91-[protected] attended to my call and promised the refund of the order amount of rs 299.56. However no refund has still been received.

I have even dropped an email to [protected]@zomato.com to complaint but no response has been received from their side.

I expect you to help me in getting my amount refunded from zomato.
