Zomato — No refund of online order | |||||
I deepesh kashyap ordered butterscotch shake, ice cream etc. Worth amount rs.400 from temptations on 1st may. The payment was via debit card. The online order was cancelled by the shop with the reason that there is no one to deliver it. Zomato notified that the amount will be refunded within 2-7 days. But after a week also there is nothing such happened. Please take in notice the issue as it is related to zomato's esteemed reputation. Was this information helpful? | |||||
