Zomato — no refund provided

I had ordered food last tuesday around 3:30 at utsav hotel nagarbhavi from my account and it got cancelled saying that the food is over n dey said dey will refund my money 960 within 7days. But still i have not received my money and there is no proper response from zomato.. Highly disappointed n worst app
There is no customer service number too to cal dem
