Zomato — no support on zomato gold membership. (gold is for cheating and fooling customers) | |||||
Hi, I am Milan Umesh Dave I am a zomato gold member, i am supposed to get 1+1 food in hotel, When i said to hotel people (Hotel Nirvana Thakur Village) they said Zomato gold is not applicable on Platters, thali and Combos, . And during my staytime in hotel, I called customer care I did not find proper resolution. I called the manager too, but he also refused to give benefit of Zomato Gold. I got billed for 2 Chole bhature instead of one. I don't know whether it's whose mistake but I got billed. After going home i mailed a complaint to zomato gold email id, they said they have taken strict step and when i asked that whether i will get benefit of what you have stated in zomato gold membership, they are are not responding.
