I refer to my order dated 20/07/2019 from harilal sweets. When rider called me for delivery, i couldn't pick the phone, but when i saw the message for contacting rider to get my order delivered, i called the rider. When i contacted the rider he told me to cancel the order. When i again called him and asked for delivery of my order as it was not returned to harilal, he said that he has eaten the order and riders eat the order of items are not delivered and said go and complaint wherever you want. I had made the full payment online. My money is also not refunded. Please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.
