I have placed an order vide ref no [protected] on 7th of dec 2019 (Subway - restaurant) using zomato app with an option "on time delivery or get your money back" and i paid an amount of ₹753.16 using ticket restaurant card for the order placed. The food delivery delayed by 6 min, since i selected the option on time delivery i got the message that "your food is free"
As i have already paid, i try to claim back my amount using them zomato app. The claim option not working in the app, there is no response.
I raised a complaint about this issue to the zomato customer care vide ref id re:[# 2337707 #] regarding my refund. The customer care people replied that they could only give an promo code for rs.200 rather than refund my money as they committed.
I sent many trailing mails insist them to refund of money but they are very negligent and keep sending about the promo code worth rs 200.
I couldn't able to get my refund.
The zomato company unethically refuse to refund and trying to cheat me by giving a worthless promo code where already there is plenty offers from many restaurants.
There is plenty of similar issues raised against zomato we can heard everyday. I'm one of the victim amongst them.
