I ordered veg burger and they delivered non veg inspite of repetitive request they told me that i can throw burger and money would be refunded. I asked them to atleast place another order as it was already 3 pm and also requested to call restaurant but they gave me number and told me to do it by myself. When i called for half an hour no number was reachable. I have to sleep hungery throwing that burger in dustbin.
They are worst support ever not have ettiquetes and very rude. They simply disconnect call by saying sorry we cannot help more. And then don't even place call. After 5 min chat representative changes and again u have to tell them all story.
I need to know if as a customer we have any respect or not. Are we getting any help from them when it is their mistake. If delivery is wrong should not they place me other order or show empathy,
Being vegetatian i had a bite of that burger and that too because initially they said it was veg only but when later on i told them to check with restaurant they simply told me not to eat it and throw it. Was this information helpful? |
