Zomato — not accepting my cancellation of food

Dear sir,

I mistakenly order ([protected]) one item for which i never ate. So i informed same to zomato team before acceptance of restaurant and they said we can't able to cancel your order and they said you will charge of around rs 500 and blah blah blah.

So if a person mistakenly order something then why they are not accepting the cancellation of order.
