Zomato — Not delivered..nd msg sent that item was delivered

I ordered 2 items to zomato.. I didnt get any call from them.. To the phone we got that 2 items are delivered.. But it wasnt delivered.. Response is very bad.. Very bad about this.. They deliverd it some where on road..but from zomato we got the message that 2 items are delivered. [protected]
[protected].. These are zomato delivery phone numbers.. I want my item back or money back
